In contacting ****'s my expectation was straightforward. Dispatch someone to synchronize Outlook and Gmail on a Windows 10 platform. A ****'s FE arrived. He spent an hour and a half at my residence. He looked at the Gmail documentation I had printed out. He did what I had previously tried to do - check and verify Outlook POP settings and work with *****'s POP configuration page. ******* came to help us set up our new printer and connect both a PC and MAC. He actually found out my battery in the Mac was shot and I got it replaced before any problems. He also ran a virus scan on my husband's PC and luckily that was clear. I just wanted to let you know he was so professional and nice while he was here.
