Worst service! The "technician" was horrible and had no clue what he was doing. Asked me if I had some marljuana. The company said they would refund my money but never did. A joke of a company.
***** (***) and ****** (NOR) were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. FAB communicated very well about the issues my computer had and he resolved them to my satisfaction. I am pleased with the work that they did and will definitely be calling the company back in the future when my computer needs attention.
I like having a computer engineer come to the house; it eliminates the necessity of being without a computer for a length of time. ****** called to let me know his ETA and he arrived on time. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained the workings of my computer and external drive. All my concerns and questions were answered. I very much appreciate his patience and honest opinions.
