************** is a rockstar in software repair. I lost access to my Outlook file in the middle of a major, time-sensitive project. Luckily, I connected with ***** in his pickup driving between client appointments. He pulled over, connected his laptop with mine so he could access my computer. It took him over an hour to find and remove the corrupted file within Outlook. My Outlook was back to normal and I finished my major project on time. ***** is now in my speed dial for computer problem solving.
