*****THIS COMPANY IS A BIG RIPOFF! *****I called a different company to get a quote for my computer and a guy named **** from this company, shows up to do the work, 3 days later. First of all, I did not confirm that I wanted Karls tech. to do the work, secondly, no documentation was sent to me, nor did I sign anything. **** fixed my printer and explained to me in words that I understood how to handle similar problems in the future. He was clear, understandable, and most professional and gracious. I would give him more than five stars, but that's all you have. You should pay him a lot of money.
T3ddy was great. He was very professional. He was thorough in his analysis, solution, and testing of my laptop. T3ddy was calm, patient with questions, and personable. I highly recommend him and this company.
