************** (JWR) was awesome and knowledgeable. He informed me as to what he was checking for in every step of the process in evaluating the health of my computer and he also helped me sync my "new" phone to my car. Unfortunately, he was not able to give me many tips on how to operate my new sewing machine, so I will have to watch the video or contact his grandma.

***** (FAB) was able to find and fix my pc issues fast and easily. I was worried about needing more hardware, but he was able to trace my problem down to something simple. Then he went through the complete pc and software to double check that all was well. Top notch job, and a pleasure to work with.
