Checked my internet speed, devices attached to it, and over all general health of my internet and made the suggestion to get my modem replaced. All within a hour; lots accomplished! Personable and upbeat demeanor.

It only took me an hour to download all my favorite games, get my work applications running, and start having fun! I definitely recommend ****!

My printer was not printing or if it did, was spitting out garbage after 20 minutes. ***** systematically checked all areas of my computer system to make sure there were no other problems lurking.
