I am totally dependent on computers because I am in college F/************* is not just super knowledgeable about computers but explains everything in details on a layperson level. He goes out of his way and is very proactive. I did not have to ask him to do things since he was always 2 steps ahead. He was very thorough and professional. He is a LIFE SAVER!

******************* was the tech assigned to my repair case. He advised of his arrival time and did arrive promptly at the appointment time set up. His pleasant demeanor and obvious knowledge of all of the tech issues that I was having with my laptop was readily apparent and put me at ease leaving the repairs to get done thru using his expertise at hand. *** came to my house to work on new ********* 11 and other glitches with a new laptop. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. His suggestions for storage and antivirus are also well thought out and useful. I plan on implementing his suggestions when my current antivirus expires. I will also take his suggestion on using a hard drive vs the thumb drive. ************** (***) was terrific. He fixed my computer and, more importantly, explained what he was doing and why. He updated all the drivers and essentially "cleaned up" my six-year-old Think Pad. I highly recommend ***; he was prompt, efficient, and personable.
