GG Top-notch professionalism, all through the process. Home laptop was infected. After discussing options, decided to go "nuclear". Verified that we had a good set of current backups, replaced and upgraded hard drive, restored all applications, data, network connections and drivers. Up and running in less than 3 hours. ** then worked with me to quality assure that all was working as I expected. Could not be more pleased with the respectful and prompt service. P.S. GG was awesome. He is efficient and knowledgeable and worked through the problem we had with the Netgear Extender syncing it to my WiFi. I would recommend him for any future problems with my computer that might arise in the future.
