How did they get these good reviews? They're certainly nothing like the ones on Yelp. This company is horrible. Not only did the tech obviously not know anything, he also was very confrontational and left our computer worse than it was prior. Another company came out and diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes (****'s couldn't do it in 2 hours). ****'s Tech sent ******** in ****** to fix the camera on my laptop. When he left I discovered the laptop screen was now unusable and I ended up having to buy a new computer. There were no explanations or apologies. This company requires you to sign documents saying you don't hold them responsible for any damages. Discouraging that they don't even apologize for damages they cause.
************** (JWR) is extremely personable, efficient., and very knowledgeable. ***** very quickly got my dual monitor issue resolved then proceeded to analysis my system for various problems and also updated all drivers that I have been neglecting, He reviewed everything with me and made sure I was happy with my computer performance once he was done.I would not hesitate to recommend ***** to anyone that is having computer/electronic issues.,Thank you, *****,*************************
