GG (*******************) was absolutely THE Best computer technician that I have ever had!! He not only upgraded my computer (which I thought had to be trashed), but also was able to connect all of my devices to my WiFi, which multiple others could not do. He reconfigured my router (at my request) and cleaned up all of the duplicate accounts. If you need a great tech, who is willing to explain things to you as well, you should use this company and ask for ****.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Charged $125.00+4.00 gas to come out and try to power on my computer. The tech knew within 20 mts. that he could not get it on. He also said he could not open the back of the Apple computer to check. We agree within the 20 mts. that it would not power on. He was on his phone typing in the whole time after that. ***** (FAB) was a great technician. He answered all my questioned and saved me $500 dollars from having to purchase a brand new computer. My existing computer was only 2 years old, i was happy with it but it needed some upgrades and additional memory to make it he perform flawlessly. ***** took care of it and restored everything that was needed.Thank you *****, I will use your services again if needed.

Claims he's local. I called for service that I didn't need. Now they are harassing me. I did call & cancel. The professional said okay, thank you for calling. I got a call from the muscle who threatened me. I OWE THEM MONEY. As per my reservation the only fee on the reservation was a $4 dollar fuel charge. These guys are rats, nationwide.

***** came to our home to fix our connection of our laptop to our printer. He was extremely professional, was very knowledgeable and took his time in explaining all he needed to do. We would highly recommend this young man to any of our friends or family, when they are in need of a repair.

I hired this company to just connect my computer to my printer. They charged me $160 for this service. As soon as the technician left the printer stopped working. I called the technician again as soon as he left the printer stopped working again. Now they will not come out again and want to charge me again. Do not use this company! They do not care about thier customers!
