Very easy to set up appointment.********** was very knowledgable and fixed my issue in a short amount of time. He was also very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Should the need arise again, I will definitely call Karls and request **** as my technician.

It was easy to set up an appointment and Karls kept me posted about times, etc. I received progress information about the Tech and he called me the morning of the appointment to say he was on the way. ****** was punctual, knowledgeable, net and professional. It took some time (due to my "ignorance" of computer issues), but ****** resolved the problem and we are happy customers. We would certainly use Karls again and ask for ******.
******* on the 2nd visit figured out the eCommerce site uploads with no problems. He did an excellent job and printed out the instructions that eCommerce should have in their website. I would highly recommend hiring him.
