Great experience from booking the repair call, very quick response to internet entry, very quick to booking service call the next morning. DWB arrived on time frame quoted. Again, next day service was amazing. Field Engineer DWB got the information about problem with printer and fixed quickly and was very good locating the problem. German was great hel very professional did a fantastic job
German was very nice young man and excellent technician. He explained that the virus/hacking problem I was having was a common scam perpetrated on the elderly and most likely there was nothing to worry about. I told him I shut off my machine after being warned not to because I was threatened from almost everything including taking my next new born...I'm 78. What impressed me right off the bat was that he gave that useful info PRIOR to even touching my machine. I might have thanked him, gave him lunch money and shown him out.... read more
