**** was great solved my computer problems. He's the best I highly recommend him.
2c1 My email account was breached & phishing emails were sent to my ***************** Technician ******** helped me remotely re-set my passwords for 2 email accounts, set up a backup for emails and instructed me on how to manage my passwords. I am not tech savvy but he explained everything in a way I could understand. I have the highest confidence in the techs at ******* I have used them at least 5 times over the past 5 years. I have never been disappointed.

2c1 The most fabulous computer repair company I have ever used! ******* is the very best! If you don't use them you will be so sorry. Every single issue and there were many totally gone! They truly are the best! Polite, kind, and more knowlegable than you can possibly imagine. Do youself a favor and don't use anyone else EVER. Thank you with all my heart. Finally my life is back to normal! My Computer has NEVER run this well! Thank you again!
2c1 Above and beyond. Helped me add an SSD that i had thought wasn't possible with my current motherboard. Good advice and friendly service and disposition. Second time calling for help and has cemented themselves as my go-to. 10/10
******** came out today and swapped out my hard drive. It was a quick job. He was so helpful and an all-around nice guy. Gave me some computer security tips as well. Computer repair in my own home is great!
I submitted a complaint (BBB# ********) about another business to the better business bureau and ****** Technology was drug into it. I have no idea how, as I had never heard of ****** Technology. I submitted a copy of the receipt with the business name,address, and phone number clearly stated on the receipt. This mixup happened after I sent info to the bbb. I have used ****** Technology three times. Twice they fixed my problem in a reasonable amount of time. The second time they sent a tech who admitted he was clueless as to how to fix my problem. He still charged me full price for scratching his head for two hours. After much time and run around, I FINALLY got through to someone who could make an adjustment to the fee. My most recent experience was delightful again. I got the same knowlegable tech that I had the first time (*****), and I was happy to pay the fee, however exorb... read more
