My laptop stopped working while my husband was away for a military deployment. I called for someone to come see if they could fix it, and I was charged $375 for 3 hours of work on my laptop, which the tech ended up being unable to fix. I told the tech that if he didn't think it was fixable, I wanted to stop at 1 hour.
