Fabio (FAB) was great ! Very professional and knowledgeable. Needed files transferred from a laptop with a broken screen to another laptop - turned out that it wasn't as straightforward as we first thought, but he made it look easy.
excellent service. he hooked up my printer that had ink bottles instead of the cassettes that i was used to. he downloaded an antivirus since my new laptop was unprotected. he helped me to download photos from my iphone to my new laptop. he was polite and a joy to work with.
