I was extremely impressed with the way ****** handled our service. He explained what the issue was, how he was going to fix it, and then tested everything. Extremely knowledgeable and didn't waste any time getting to the problems, I would highly recommend Karls Technolgy for any computer service issues. And if you get ******, It's a bonus......

******** was excellent: he was prompt, efficient and effective.He transferred our data from an ancient Mac to Macbook Pro and set up a new monitor while remaining engaged and friendly.And that's what we wanted.
