I really like and trust this company. Their prices are reasonable and their tech ******* (******) is knowledgeable and a straight talker. I will be using them again in the next few weeks as ****** is going to install a new driver on my 5-year old computer, which should make it work faster.Definitely a 5-star company!!!!***** O
Followup appointment to install a new battery in my laptop was not only disregarded when the technician failed to show, but the office also didn't have the courtesy to notify us of the delay. This after we rescheduled previous appointments in order to wait all afternoon for someone who never arrived. The office did offer to reschedule for three days out but how can I trust they will honor that appointment? And the office did respond with a certain arrogance by stating "Im glad you understand!"
Diagnosed the problem quickly and helped me sign in to areas of my computer that I hadn't signed into for literally YEARS. Very personable and explained things in a way that my "non computer" self could understand

He was top notch professional, prioritizing time efficiency, and addressed each issue/question I had listed, He also made sure I understood and could carry out each process. **** did a great job. He was patient and kind when we couldnt remember any passwords. The computer is fixed.
