I hired this company to transfer data from my laptop to a my new computer.. the dispatcher gave me a quote and promise me that the work will be done after the technicians visits.When the technician came To my house didnt have either the tools to get the data from My laptop and wanted to buy an $180 wire to do the job. Eljay was great. Knowledgeable and personable Scheduling a little off. Rescheduled to day after my original date then didn't show/call. Today's appointment was flawless.
Eljay did a great job for me today. I installed and cloned a new 1 Tb SSD in my desktop compute because the regular hard drive was making some noise. I tried to get everything to boot and run from the new drive but messed it up. A little technical knowledge can get you into trouble. Eljay got it all to work smoothly and performed a thorough health check on the computer as well.I'd hire him anytime I needed technical help.
They don't honor their commitments. They commit to doing something of having someone call but no one shows up or calls. I would never recommend them to anyone. My PC is still not fixed.
