He did a superb job quickly and even found some other areas which were problems and needed improvements. All was done in less than an hour which reinforced my making sure I only use top-grade service techs.*******************************
J0$hW was super helpful throughout the full experience. Super transparent in the process and gave me a lot of advice throughout on how to better work with my PC. Helped me replace my cooling system and tidied up the wires so my PC is functioning better than it has been in months!! Absolutely recommend working with him and this company, I'll definitely be in contact in the future. :^)

Terrible company. Called to repair an internet issue, charged me $156, said it was fixed and left me worse off than When I called the invented a problem saying I had a bad hard drive. The tech never said anything about that and I had a duplicate hard drive handy. Very bad at handling complaints and customer relations.

2c1 was very professional but also friendly and courteous. He called me earlier in the day and gave an ETA that was within the timeframe originally scheduled. Within the first 5 minutes after his arrival, he saw the problem with my battery as one of my PCs issues. He recommended buying a Chromebook because the repairs would equal the same repair expense.
