2c1 did a really good job updating my laptop with extra memory and a needed new hard drive. Great group to work with.
I just had DWB from Karls Technology complete repairs to my computer and to say that he did a fantastic job is an understatement.He diagnosed my computers issues and parts that needed to be replaced and completed the repairs without any difficulty after I received the new parts. 2c1 The Tech from ********** Computer Repair did an excellent job at restoring our laptop WIN 10 and data files. Had to go deep into the hard drive to locate files and copy to external Drive. I was expecting the Tech to take the hard drive out, but he was able to penetrate and unlock the Laptop and retrieve our documents. Thanks ********!
@***** was very helpful, personable, and intelligent. He was able to assess potential issues with my PC and explain it to me in a simplified way to where I could fully understand what was going on. Would highly recommend to any family/friends who experience PC issues as well.
