I had an appointment scheduled for 8 AM. At noon I called and asked when they would come. By 12:30 they replied. As I had dinner guests coming at 5PM, I called at 4:20. They said they would be late. I told them that they had indeed failed. They never came but sent a **** in excess of $180 for a "cancelled appointment" an threaten collection! Such chutzpah!
******* was very professional, considerate, understanding. Enjoyed working with him. He listened well to my issues & gave me choices for depth of repair or replace. He seemed to genuinely enjoy working on my computer & solving the issues to my satisfaction. I am happy. I will use Karls Technology again & recommend it to my friends. #GBW

My experience was absolutely spectacular. Scheduling was handled in an efficient and professional and QUICK fashion with nest day service (I called initially after business hours). Upon the receipt of a call from my Representative "Z8T", he was courteous when I received my initial contact informing me that he was on the way to my home to repair 2 laptops I was having issues with. Thought my computer was beyond repair. From the first call to the shop till the tech came to my home ...it was nothing but utmost professionalism. ***** was very friendly and skilled. in just under an hour had my computer up and running like it was brand new!!! I really thought I was going to need a new one, but ***** saved the day. He even showed me how to prevent it from happening again. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone or any business.
This is a first class and first rate computer repair business. Not only did they call and schedule an earlier appointment but the technician was professional and courteous. He was thorough in explaining what he was doing with the computer. I recommend them highly.
