My technician, *****, was very knowledgeable and he fixed the problem quickly. I thought I needed a new fan for my laptop, but he told me I did not - I truly appreciated the honesty since I would have to pay for them to come back out to install it. He showed up on time and had good communication. They are one of the only companies in ************ that comes to your house - whereas alternatively, I would have had to drop off my PC for days, then go back to pick it up. I will use them again.
