One of their salesmen harassed me. He wouldn't take "no" for an answer when I told him that I had already gone with another company. He had showed up unannounced to my home to sell me solar panels, and so I had to threaten to call the police to get him to leave my property when he wouldn't take "no" for an answer and leave when I asked him too. I would stay away if they hire people who harass potential customers and curse at them when they say no.
We have had our solar panels since 2017 and they have truly worked wonders for us. Recently, we did have an issue with the panels because squirrels decided to camp out and they disconnected some of the wiring to the panels. Eva Morriseey, a client resource specialist, went above and beyond to help us resolve the issues we were faced with. She was extremely cooperative and she worked diligently to quickly assist us. The Trinity Solar crew that worked at our home for 2 days were amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They worked hard and at the same time enjoyed the day! What a pleasant group of young men. Also a shout out to Kevin C*** who did an exemplary job of getting us on board and keeping us in the loop of all that would be happening! Called 3 times over two weeks for service. Each time they put it in their system and marked it urgent . They are holding up my insurance claim while I have a whole in my roof . Still no one has shown , called , emailed no response what so ever. I have any clue how they are still in business . This is bad , I would rather deal with the DMV .
We were totally screwed by the sale manager who closed the deal with us. Buyer beware!!!!! We were 17 years into a 20 year roof so, we wanted to hold off installing the panels but, our sales rep brought his manager to the close, and we expressed our concerns in this regard and he stated to my wife, his sales rep, and I that we would only need to contact Trinity and they would remove the panels for the roof replacement and replace them, for free. Nice until you tell them no. Inferior product and higher price had me choosing a different company. They then became pushy and rude, badmouthing the other company, and repeatedly calling/emailing/texting.
I had a very positive experience with TRINITY solar. My solar representative Jeff ***********was the best. So informative and made the process a snap. Everything went well from start to finish.
We did a refrar,on 3 members,of ower, church,and the person that gave out the speech,,told us,as anoucing on the web ,that when u refrar a person from organisation,,it's a $1000 per member,,and when u sit with a member it's $100.dollars,and when u refrar somebody from out side organisation it's $500 dollars.and $500 for the church,,well as I could say,,the person that gave out the speech forgot about the church,and 5 months after,I had to call headquarters of Trinity solar..and they only gave the church,,,$1,750 ,,,for all t... read more
