Trinity solar did my install They did an excellent job could not do enough to satisfy me. Now after that was done I was handed over to Sunnova Solar. Trinity is in ********** and whenever I have a problem with Sunnova customer service ******************************* from ********************** always responds to my needs I dont know what the connection is between the two companies but I get more satisfaction from Trinity Solar. 5 star rating *** S

From the very first day someone came out to look at my house till the day it was finished Trinity was great! Always on time, Did what they said they were going to do each and every time. Their crews were neat and clean. Best part of the whole thing was I was kept informed all the time! If your going solar Trinity the company you want doing it!!

Trinity Solar did everything they were supposed to do on time and without any mistakes. They cleaned up properly. Not that there was much to clean up anyway. The work inside the attic was neat and out of the way completely. No loss of space. I didn't have to pay a single *****. My Monthy **** is exactly what they said it would be. I am over producing electricity. They also paid me 3 $1500 checks for referrals. They are a very reputable company. Highly recommended.****.

I was so happy to have ***** from Trinity navigate my complaint to their leasing company. She was courteous and very concerned regarding my solar panels (leased in 2016 with 3 referrals given to Trinity) that could have caused a health issue if not resolved. It was like "Christmas in July" when she informed me that my issue would be corrected at no expense to me. For the last four years as a Trinity customer, *** had zero issues until last month. Something happened to my system and after a few calls to customer service, I was able to connect with ******* from the ***********************. Within hours a technician was on site, found out a squirrel ate through a wire, and 3 hours later it was working again. Exceptional service and professionalism from *******. Trinity Solar gave me a great customer service experience. I would like to shout out some of the people who went above and beyond Eva was so polite and jumped right on top of all my concerns making it a pleasurable experience. Brian had all my information ready and was very professional. I live in ************ ** and recently selected Trinity Solar for my home. My sales rep (** *******) was great. The installation team was great. I even have a "project concierge" that checks in with me. We ended up with a hiccup in which an AC line was punctured during the process and needed to be repaired. I reported the incident to Trinity Solar via my project concierge, **** ********. She and my sales rep RJ both reported the incident to the client resource team. Do not use Trinity Solar. They did to us what happen to another customer, installed panels on a roof that was too old, which caused major leaks in one room, they did fix that but then my bathroom and dining room started to leak, had to fix my roof, and we were told that the panels would be removed and replaced one time for free. didn't happen they started at 6500.00 to remove them and replace them then kept going down to where it ended up being 750.00 unfortunately, that 750 ended up paying for the gas in their trucks that t... read more

After working with another company that ran into financial problems after working with them for many months I looked around for a company that had breadth of experience and a reputation for integrity and care for its customers.
