As others have stated, I was promised I would not have an electric bill if I went Solar. In the process, I have a 280 some dollar solar bill and now receiving bills from **** as high as they were before I went Solar Tried contacting the company. Nobody will call you back. You could never get a representative on the phone and they never call you back. It is getting to the point where we are considering legal action against this company.
I got solar put in in March 2025 and was promised low electric bill and a solar bill. At the time it seemed like a no brainer and we would save money. The past two months we have been paying almost $200 for solar and $400 a month for a electric bill. Prior to solar our bill was always in the $300's and now we can afford to eat because these people are a scam.

Our sales *** from Trinity was fantasticprofessional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We live in *******, ** We signed a 25-year P2P contract in December 2024 with confidence, based on the promises made during that visit.The system was installed in January 2025, and we were told it would be activated within about three months. Predatory and Dangerous Trinity Solar Failed Me Two of my solar panels werent working for months Trinity didnt notice. Then they removed them from my roof without asking, and charged me over $1,000 to replace them (including $700 for critter guards I never requested).Their equipment also caused a roof fire, which I learned wouldnt have been covered by insurance or their warranty due to how long the panels had been failing. I decided to install solar panels due to the high electric rates in ***********. I was very happy with the way Trinity Solar handled the whole process. I am referring to the $1000 incentive checks that was supposed to come at the end of May. I referred by my neighbor. I was told to reach the accounting department, but was not given a phone number beyond that. Also, concerned that the incentive check wont come because of the chapter 11 filing by one of their partners, **************. They do have receipt of my W-9z
