Be very wary of what you told during the sales process. Get numbers in writing. I was told that it was around $500-600 to have panels removed if repairs needed to be made. In reality it is $4,000. So ensure you get every number in writing. Now, why are repairs necessary? There was an issue with the install that caused damage to our living areas. This happened within 6 months of the install. I had a great experience with Trinity in **********! The sales contact ********************* was great and answered all of our questions. *************************** our concierge kept us constantly up to date on the process after singing up. The work crews that came out were very polite and did a great job and left no mess and were scheduled to work around my work schedule. We are just waiting on the local utility for the final go ahead to turn things on.I would recommend Trinity highly!

Customer Support is VERY bad or non-existent. Our solar energy system is supposed to be equipped with a monitoring device that will let ********************** know about problems that might occur in the system. Well, energy production has stopped for 2 months already (since the last week of August). It is now the last week of November. Trinity installed solar panels on my roof without caring that the roof was extremely old and now i have leaks and mold. They attempted to fix it twice to no avail. Now they want me to buy a new roof from them instead of doing the right thing by its customer and paying to either replace the roof or remove the system permanently. Avoid this company, avoid sunnova, avoid solar in general. They are liars and once they have your under contract you have to lawyer up to fight them for their negligence and fraud.

My experience with Trinity Solar has been mostly positive. I rate 4 stars due to a few technical issues with my install and Inverters that took a little longer than it should have to resolve. However, they have been resolved to my complete satisfaction.As, with any Contractor, Solar or other; there are always delays and most customers who have dealt with 3rd party Contractors should understand this. Purchased my solar system outright, no lease. Was told I could upgrade and add battery at latter date, but can't. Installed old outdated equipment, do not return phone calls, destroyed my yard, put entire system on wrong the first time, had to take it off and do it again. Avoid at all cost.

2 guys show up uninvited on a cold call to ask if they see if I qualify for solar. After endless schmoozing telling how beautiful my house is, they start asking prying questions like how old the roof is, where did I live before blah, blah, blah...then about a clean energy mandate by the state. August 16, 2021 To the Better Business Bureau Trinity Solar company has been responsible for my loss of $4,500 by their negligence and irresponsible actions.Trinity Solar installed my solar panels in 2016 on my property 400 yards away from my house. This past July, I was informed that my panels were not recording and had to be serviced.
