If I could give zero stars I would. I signed a contract with sales person **** on 3/30/2021, he pressured me for the sale before the quarter closed so he could have have that sale. A week later some one came to so measurements and assessments. They came over a month ago and since then the sales person has gotten another job and I can not get anyone fro ******************** to call me back. I have no idea what is going on and can not get any answers.
I had panels put on 5 years ago by trinity and sunova monitors them. I've had nothing but problems with leaks. At first they came out multiple times and I thought the problems were fixed. I've had so much damage to the inside of my house the tune of thousands. My insurance company won't pay for a roof because it's not from storm damage its from improperly installed solar panels. When I contact ******************** I got a quote for 5500 then 4500 then 3500 and it'll go down to 1500 if I give them 3 referrals the last two act... read more
I had solar panels installed by Trinity on my house and had a relatively good experience however I talked my parents into doing solar on their house and it has been an ongoing project for almost a year started in May 2020 and still not completed as of April 2021 Trinity has not been very good at getting back to me and explaining why this is taking so long I’ve made at least 20 phone calls and talk to different people and have not yet solve this issue I would not recommend Trinity
We had a solar system installed by Trinity Solar that was turned on in May 2018 through a lease agreement with *******. The system worked at first. In August 2020 it stopped producing. It took nearly 3 months to get the inverter replaced by Trinity. It worked again for 2 months. Then stopped producing again on January 5th of 2021. As of February 24th it is still not working. Trinity is the best solar installation company out there! Did my research and no one compares. Super happy with how my installation went and how clean their systems look. No hideous conduit running across my roof like those other cheap companies. Even better I’m no longer paying those crazy eversource rates and have protection moving forward. Done letting the utility company tell me what I’m going to pay for something I need. All around great company!
