We chose to go solar with Trinity Solar last summer. The process was easy, and my sales rep was so helpful and transparent about why solar is important and how we would benefit. The installation was smooth and professional - exactly what we talked about. The installers were courteous and answered all our questions. I signed the contract in May 2020 and panels were installed in June 2020 but as of now in mid-Jan 2021, the system is not activated yet. Very old fashioned company where internal sales, engineering, installation, management, customer relation departments do not communicate with each other. I got all different answers for the delays. Ava ********* was extremely helpful in resolving a recent issue that I had with Trinity Solar. She addressed all of my concerns in a prompt and professional manner and solved my issues to 100% satisfaction. I would highly recommend Trinity now as a result of their customer focused attitude and promptly handling my concerns.

After having so much difficulty communicating with the customer service agents, going back and forth in regards to the solar which was installed in Jan 2020 and had not been started and kept getting bills from national grid. Almost after a year Eva got in touch with me and she solved my issue within a month & half. I had given up with Trinity solar but Thanks to this wonderful lady. All seems to be good now...

I was approached by a rep from Trinity solar 3 weeks ago for a program that supports free solar panels for MA residents. I made an appointment for a consultation for the next week which I unfortunately had to reschedule soon after do to a family emergency. I confirmed the rescheduled appointment once last week, and then again this morning. I am not happy with solar I was not given the full facts I was told I would save money paying only $27 a month instead if my usual $50 Solar is costing me more 1st month $119 2nd month $76 I was told by several people who gave solar that they should never have installed panels on my roof as it is 26 yrs old

I had high hopes for Trinity, a family member has used them and loved his solar panels. The customer service with this company is absolutely terrible. We don't hear from anyone unless we reach out. It's now 3 months after our panels were installed and I am still paying an electric bill to our electric company. I have yet to see the benefit of my solar panels. In our experience I honestly would not recommend this company to anyone, the $1500 referral bonus isn't even worth the aggrevation.
