After much research and debate, we decided to go solar. Trinity Solar made this experience seamless. Solar companies have knocked on my door for years and I always told them to get lost. Until a really nice person from Trinity knocked & peaked my interest. Then I met with the solar consultant and she was very educational, not pushy, and set proper expectations. A year later I love it! One of the best decisions Ive made!

I don't mind companies trying to push solar. It's a business. However, it is an extremely shady practice to "qualify" my home. If I want solar, I can get solar. There is also no such thing as "free" systems either - subsidies, incentives and such exist, but you will *always* foot some sort of payment. Telling customers it's free is blatantly false. Also requesting I have my electrical bill on hand is an instant red flag as it is a common tactic for suppliers to change the supplier on your account with the utility company. Th... read more

*********** was my sales rep and handled the whole transaction, he was very thorough (I also asked many many questions) and also patient to make sure I understood the process and the contract/obligations. He has since been available for further service and questions. Im very happy with his service and also with the service of *******. I am actually referring him out and having him come back to purchase a battery.
