From start to today, finish, I have been completely satisfied with Trinity people. Everything went well, til today when I got the ok to throw the final switch. Everyone, whom I dealt with, were very professional and friendly. Always there, to answer any question I had. Very satisfied, and highly recommend them for people who are interested or who are approached from.
I was very pleased with Trinity. I met with Jeff G**** who explained the process in detail and gave me a time line for completion of the project and a date that my system would be turned on. It actually turned out to be ahead of schedule. I was very impressed with their customer service. They assign you a contact person who stays with you through the process. We had originally considered Trinity Solar after a neighbor used them. However, after the predatory nature of my last phone call from them I can now safely say I will never use them. The phone call began with the salesman talking about how it’s a great time to talk about solar since everyone is easily available. The proof is in the pudding! Had panels installed last spring and wish we could have installed more! Seeing a big difference with heating/electric bills. Last winter my highest bills were over 350, this winter so far 126!!! So Worth It! Making an effort to unplug and change out a few lightbulbs makes a difference too.
