We have been Solar for a full year! 2 months ago our electric bill tripled and we thought it was a Solar issue. Our Consultant, ******, was quick to review and answer all our questions. She confirmed the solar had produced as promised. Suggested we call the utility regarding the meter A month later we realized our sump pump broke, which caused the spike. ****** continued to follow up and even spoke with our adult son to make sure we understood everything.I highly recommend ****** and Trinity Solar!

You go door to door You got my 86-year-old mother to sit and talk to you with you for a half an hour then you come to my house. I called *************************** told him not to have somebody come over and bother my mother she's 86. What do I find over at my mother's house The guys over there. I researched You're not as good as your made yourself out to be. How dare you go to people's houses and bother them.

Trinity was great and easy to deal with but even before that my sales rep ******* was even better as I never felt pressured, explained EVERYTHING flawlessly and in a manor I completely understood. Being a blue collar work my a** off guy, this was very helpful as I did not have time to play around or get jerked around by sales people was one of my better experiences in my 50 yrs of life. We've had a fantastic experience with Trinity Solar. Our consultant, *******************************, explained everything to us at our pace and answered all our questions. They handled the design and dealt with the town for proper permits, and the install was flawless. They even upgraded our old 1960's era 3 wire power feed to a new 4 wire power feed and we didn't pay a dime more.
