If you are looking for a Solar provider my suggestion is to avoid this company. I have not tried any others but I cannot imagine another company with this type of customer service, in this business or any other. I had a representative approach me in ********** and we arranged for a site visit. ******** came and made a strong sales pitch. I decided to move forward with an install. I wish I could leave zero stars. This has been the worst experience I have ever had in my life with a business. I am going on 1.5 years of waiting to have solar panels AFTER a contract signature. I started this process in April of 2024 and now its October 2025, they finally installed them in August but of course they still arent turned on and I cant get an update on the process. Salesperson was very pushy and no matter how many times I told him I was not interested, he would not go away. This happened in the front yard of my house at 7:30 in the dark. I will never talk to someone from Trinity about solar.I have even been followed around the local ********** by a Trinity salesman.They train their ********** to be rude and pushy. I got a quote after a salesman was walking house to house even though I wasnt really interested in hoping into solar right away as I am a new home owner and having a baby. They were here for 2 hours and very pushy about me signing a contract that day without fully reading over it. We were told in February 2025 that we would be up and running about the end of May or beginning of June. Its now almost the middle of September and were still not running. They are working with the finance partner- whatever that means. Communication is sporadic at best. Im extremely disappointed and would definitely NOT recommend trinity to anyone. I feel we were scammed. We havent paid anything except for the new roof (which we would have needed anyway). So my house is sitting there with all these useless solar panels on it... read more
We have had Solar panels since 2022. We never saw a $0 bill, not once. In the beginning, they were low but still at least $50 a month and paying $235 a month for solar. Now its 9/2025 and the last two months we have received bills of $300 and $400. We call and get the runaround. I think its time to stop paying and hire legal counsel!
The company has no moral or ethical ground to stand on. They treat their sales people awful. They have fired probably hundreds of representatives in the past six months when it is their fault that they did not have back up financing in place or a smooth customer experience in place. I worked out a ************* and was terminated thankfully because the wheels have come completely off the bus so to speak. The company **** me roughly $20,000 in backpay and is refusing to answer.
