I regret installing solar panels with trinity solar. They are deceiving and unorganized. From the very beginning the salesman who came to my house painted a beautiful picture for me to get me to go through with the project. The TECHNICIAN URINATED in MY BACKYARD. A technician was waiting for me to answer the doorbell to inspect my roof, but when I took 2 minutes to answer the door he decided to go into my backyard and urinate. I caught him because when I was about to answer the door I saw him starting to walk through my driveway into my backyard, so i figured i would meet him in the backyard by going back through my house through my backdoor. The Trinity Solar Team has been very responsive to me from the onset of our Solar (2017) install. I have NOT had an electric **** since 2017. I called a 'Specialist' @ Trinity early in the morning a few weeks ago, after 3 months of no production and little or no support from ******* (financial leasing company), and 3 very large ********** (electric utility) bills. Trinity solar sent out three sets of workmen before any would get on my roof. They put equipment on the wrong side of my house which had to be moved In doing this they put holes in the ceiling sheet rock in my basement and a hole in my foundation I tried to change my lease agreement and pay off the system instead and they would not work with me. They now want me to sign a document because they want to make financial changes Do not do business with this company. They r sloppy and greedy

scam,they installed a system on my house, told me that I would pay $65.35 a month for electricity. since installation, last fall, I have been paying them $65.35 a month plus 100% of my electric ****.

I am in the process of getting quotes and evaluating having solar installed. I talked to **** who was helpful but Trinity requires a credit report to give me any information in regards to a quote. I would not give them permission because I couldn't see what forms they wanted me to sign. Also, I just had a credit report run a month prior but they wouldn't accept it even though it showed my credit rating was 850. I requested them to send me the form so I could read it first. I had a local rep come to my door and ring my doorbell. He tried to talk to me about trinity solar as I always do I quickly told him I was not interested and shut the door. He continued to talk as I shut the door so I went to my ring camera to see how he finished his conversation with my door.
