I absolutely do not recommend purchasing or leasing a vehicle through this dealership. In all the years I have been purchasing and leasing vehicles, I have never been treated with such an unprofessional staff. My concerns and complaints have yet to be resolved even after a face to face meeting. I would strongly urge anyone that is looking to buy or lease a Lexus to do so elsewhere.
