When I purchased a 2018 Lexus Es 350 I was told that I could bring the vehicle in for complimentary service at 5000 & 10000 miles to any Toyota dealer since I live so far from a Lexus dealership. I emphatically asked this question and the answer given to me was yes, no problem . Well. that was a lie ,so Know I have to drive 185 miles for that service. What ever happened to honesty?Love the car; but not happy with the dealer.
