Jonathan in the service department is awesome! He’s patient, understanding, and cares for his clients. Definitely went out of his way to help me out. The valet staff where you drop off/pick up your car for service at this location are also very attentive and quick.

I had just bought this 2019 rx 350 from a Lexus dealer in Canada. Drive it to Florida and the brakes started to make a clicking sound (not grinding) when the brakes were applied. One single simple click! I called my friend at home (who has been a Lexi’s technician for many years) and he said it was probably a clip or something holding the brakes shoe.
