Drove from Jacksonville Florida to Miami to go to this car. They knew that we were coming away 15 minutes before we got to the dealership all of a sudden they did not have the car and the car was some unknown auction that we found out does not exist. They were not able to locate the car. They could not show us the car at all. And that’s supposedly a bidder offering 3k over MRSP. When we got there they had us talk to the manager. I was truly impressed by the service I received. Tara set me up with a loaner and arranged everything in just a few minutes, and when I returned to pick up the car she went through everything and again I was in and out in just a few minutes and I could not have had a better experience.
