If you enjoy being gaslit by Pinocchio Kathy Register and her team while paying for top-tier coverage(Platinum Extra Care), this Lexus dealership is a “five-star” experience. I purchased the Platinum Extended Warranty-supposedly the gold standard-and was told my reimbursement for a TPMS sensor wasn't covered because it was 'broken.' Apparently, internal failure during normal driving doesn't count unless it fits their narrative. I had the absolute worse experience at this dealership. My salesperson lied and told me that the car that I brought in to trade could not be traded in because my current account with the bank I was in contract with was closed due to a late payment and when I called my current bank lender for my vehicle which I was going to trade in, they told me that they never had such conversation with the sales agent and it would have been against policy for them to do so. The service at N Miami Lexus was terrible. I spent over $100,000.00 and received the worst service I have ever experienced. They don’t understand VIP or customer service! Don’t go there
