We had a great experience with our recent Lexus purchase. The salesman, Sandy Firestone was very knowledgeable about the auto and he took great care or us. Mark and Dylan, the "tech guys" were also quite knowledgeable and helpful.

Went for an oil change and my rep took care of me and my car in a very timely manner. Was very satisfy . My only concern is that Lexus never offers coupons to their customers for any of the services and if they do, the coupons always come after you get your service.
