Great job, very professional, faster than promised. Excellent service. Is this fifteen words yet? Why so many surveys from everybody? In the good old days we’d get in touch with you if we weren’t satisfied. And if we said nothing, it meant silence implies consent, i.e. “Great Job!” This is not a reflection on the Lexus Treasure Coast service department, but on our “nosedive” culture in which everything has to be rated always. Spending way too much time on this survey, but right now it’s kind of fun.

Carlton was excellent. He spent a lot of time with me, he took me through the dealership to show me around. He also took extra time explaining all the features of the cars I was test driving, and made me a good deal. All of the staff I came in contact with were very helpful.So I now own my 1st Lexus
