Friendly service with a very responsive service team. Very easy to make an appointment and get a loaner. Also very easy to communicate with the service advisor throughout the entire service process.
I brought my wife's 2022 Lexus RX 350 in for the 30K mile service. Kelleigh Congdon was our service director. She was very knowledgeable and courteous and made us very confident on the service of our car. She explained everything that the service would include. Friendly people,but there is a room for improvement if your goal is to achieve excellence. Angel the sales manager did an amazing job,understanding my financial needs. But the delivery process was poor.
