I had the most wonderful experience at Treasure Coast Lexus. I was very hesitant to go car shopping and just like the majority of us we don't want to be harassed and pushed into buying, WELL that did not happen at all. I never felt that way here. Everyone listened to my needs and concerns and made the car buying experience a lot of fun. I bought a 2017 ES 350 and I love it!! Never owned a lexus before and I'm in love with my new car!! I owned a 2008 Lexus ES 350 that I purchased brand new from Lexus of Palm Beach. I started servicing the above referenced vehicle at Treasure Coast Lexus to my dismay. Treasure Coast Lexus failed to appropriately inspect the vehicle during routine maintenance, which ultimately caused the transmission to fail and the vehicle became inoperable. My husband and I bought a 2007 ES 350 about 5 years ago. We were told it was a "Certified Used Lexus" from their dealer. Well now when we went to trade the salesman hands my husband the car fact sheet and it shows the car was wrecked!!! So basically they lied to us.., needless to say I won't buy a car from them or have oil changes from them!! This is a very dishonest dealership!!!
Came in with what I thought was a fuel pump problem. Turns out it was that the key stopped working and the alarm shut off the engine. So glad I took my car here and wasn't taken advantage of. You guys are like family.
