I recently brought my vehicle in for service, and Luis was my service advisor. He provided excellent support. Although he offered a loaner vehicle, it wasn’t necessary in my case because the service was not expected to be all day. Terrible first experience here! I had a scheduled maintenance appointment at this location. I had never had my car serviced here before, and upon arrival, a young gentleman at the valet desk checked me in and advised me to go inside. I ended up waiting over three hours with my 1 year old son. After my second attempt to follow up with the valet to see why my car was taking so long, I found out that I had never been seen by a service advisor, so my car was never worked on. Awful experience. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. We leased a lemon from this dealership. I don’t think any kind of inspection was done prior to giving me the car to drive home. I had to come back the very next day due to a coolant leak and I haven’t seen the car since. The especially bad part of our experience is the service center and the complete lack of communication. Took my car have them checke my right rear tire. They said everything was fine. Then I left and my tire went completely flat.
