As you can see other customers are upset too. Poor repair services. They want you to buy cars not repair them. They sent me a review, I was honest. A 1 in service. ( The Lowest Score ) GM of Sales is Horrible. Scott was the most helpful tho.

As I tried to explain to you when you were here this weekend, you were not asking us to service your 2001 ES, you were asking us to fix something you originally had done at another shop.
