Salesman failed to provide promised appraisal for diminution of value claim related to trade in. "Independent " insurance verifier to whom I was required to provide insurance information subsequently used my personal information for marketing.

Excellent service. Although dealer took 4 hours to complete 4 elective services , a loaner was provided. Waiting in the dealership is comfortable and my service contact was very helpful.

I forgot to check. I was told no problem by the sales girl. When I went to the finance guy, he told me if I wanted to wire money it would be a pain and take a long time and it would be much better if I just went to the local bank and picked up a cashiers check. Period the local Bank of America was 15 minutes away. It smelled like urine and because I didn’t have proper ID with me it took another half an hour to procure a cashiers check.
