Lexus of North Miami is a professional, attentive, and courteous dealership! We appreciated that Konstantinos had the car ready for us to test drive and the time he spent getting to know us. We were grateful for his patience as we negotiated to close the deal. It was an added bonus for us to chat with him about life on Long Island, Boston, and Montclair, New Jersey! Hidden damage was found after pre-owned purchase. After some days of discussion was finally determined that Lexus would repair the car. The body shop did a good job.

Everything was great with the dealer in terms of cleanliness, service, and appearance. But I didn't get anything to improve the price; there was no deal. That “November to Remember” promotion didn't work for me. I was hoping for a better price, especially since it was the end of the month, but I didn't get anything in my favor. And that's even though I was a previous customer because I had another Lexus. I was hoping for better offers.
The attendants were kind and the service of the car was good and rapid. Thanks
