No transparency in financing department not able to see all numbers what I’m paying for. it was more than supposed to pay. He was trying to give me a higher interest rate when I know that I have good credit he didn’t provide me any information. When is my first payment Or how to pay .where or how I goin to receive my tag. very disappointing.
Process was trustworthy and flawless. Luis is honest and amazing! Would highly recommend using this dealership!

“The last two times I visited this service center; I was not satisfied with the way they determined my cost. On 6/17/2025 Advisor Jonathan Vellon, & 12/12/2025 Advisor Luis Garcia. The pricing process was unclear, and I did not feel that the charges were explained or justified. The lack of transparency and the inconsistency are cause for concern. Please investigate and advise. The service itself was very quick. There was one part that did not make sense to me. After your service is completed, you walk across to another section where you wait in another line to get your car. Although I only waited about 12 minutes in that portion, I tried to suggest to the manager that maybe they just tell someone the total time it will take for their car to be ready because many people at a Lexus dealership will be doing work during the week and then that's 12 minutes someone is just sitting there waiting.
