If you enjoy being gaslit by Pinocchio Kathy Register and her team while paying for top-tier coverage(Platinum Extra Care), this Lexus dealership is a “five-star” experience. I purchased the Platinum Extended Warranty-supposedly the gold standard-and was told my reimbursement for a TPMS sensor wasn't covered because it was 'broken.' I brought my wife's 2022 Lexus RX 350 in for the 30K mile service. Kelleigh Congdon was our service director. She was very knowledgeable and courteous and made us very confident on the service of our car. She explained everything that the service would include. Tara listen to my concern about my tire issue and changed my appointment from Saturday to Thursday which was a relief for me. She also noticed that I was going to be due an oil change so arranged for that to be done the same time as the tire issue. I am happy to have Tara as my service advisor.
