Scott Wayman McElveen is a wonderful, professional sales person. He guided me through choosing my 2026 NX350 helping with the paperwork, delivery and schooling me about the car when he delivered it and took my last Lexus back. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I am also so pleased with the services of Treasure Coast Lexus I received remotely by phone since I did not visit the dealership.

The Sales Manager, Mr. Reynaldo Berroa, showed an extremely arrogant and dismissive attitude during my visit. His tone and behavior toward me and my father were disrespectful and unprofessional. No customer should ever be treated this way — especially by someone representing the Lexus brand. His lack of courtesy and professionalism made the entire experience unpleasant and far below what is expected from a Lexus dealership

I visited this Lexus dealership with my father to renew my current IS 350 sport leases. I was initially contacted by Jaquer Soto, who offered me the same monthly payment for a new Lexus 350.
