I did not buy the vehicle but you’ve got to love their follow up
Initial contact was quick and helpful. However, experience at dealership was poor. Sales person would not budge on price (fine!) but then as we were leaving we were stopped by the “manager” and offered a silly $200 discount. Games. Also, the sales associate thought it would be smart to discuss the vehicle pricing/deal in front of us with other sales associates in Spanish instead of English, to mask what she was saying? They called me back right away, gave me the details I was looking for.
Very good experience. Toyota of Wallingford was quick to respond to my inquiry. Sophia, CJ and Mike were all very nice. Mike C. is a pleasant and knowledgeable salespersonel, no pressure and willing to work with you. Very happy with my purchase.

Worst dealership ever!! I have a civic si 2015 and it was praised in 3 different dealerships at 17,000. I get there and they wanted to give me 14,000 plus on top of that if you don’t have a ridiculous down payment they won’t even pay attention to you. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anybody they are the worse.!!
I was in a bad car accident on 06/24/17 and i had a grey 2016 scion tC. I went in to look at the car and Jay who is such an awesome guy helped me out. He let me test drive the 2016 scion tC special edition and on top of that is holding the car for me till my gap insurance goes theough on my other one. They are willing to help you out. Theae guys are amazing! I would definitely come here.
