A mega dealership with integrity and lots of nice and helpful employees, highest recommendation.
Salesperson was personable and helpful. Dealer requires you to buy VIN etching insurance for $399 even when not necessary or desired.
So happy with the contact and follow up. Thoughtful answers to my questions and very patient.
Sold the vehicle and never contacted me to advise of such. Manager had a non-caring attitude and never apologized.
Upon initial contact, they informed me that the vehicle in question wasn't available. Subsequently, they now keep sending emails asking if I'm ready to proceed with the purchase.

I ended up purchasing my truck from Toyota of Wallingford. I LOVE my truck, but purchasing it from out of state was a nightmare that took forever! They are very disorganized, and I felt like I had to do everything myself, and I constantly had to call them to remind them to do the things I needed done to have the car shipped to me.
