Good overall experience.
The dealer place is nice and salesperson Ricky is friendly and knowledgeable. I like that Venza very much, but it is too big for my wife to drive. She is looking for what she likes.
Was terrible. I had to travel 1hr just for then to tell me there was something wrong with the truck and we can get you into something like a 25 Tundra. What a waste of time. If i wanted a 25 Tundra i would have driven 7 minutes to my Mckinney dealership. Tried the bait and switch. Don't do business with these guys.

I would rather get a root canal than ever do business with this dealership. This was my first time trying to buy through a dealership and the experience was a nightmare from start to finish. Terrible, I was lied straight to my face multiple times during the buying process, they told me that 7k was too low to finance, never heard of such a thing.
Helpful but not able to order me the car I'm looking for
