Was contacted by the used car manager with an about value for my trade and I then asked what was the selling price for the Mustang and he never answered my question.

Quick response, friendly and not pushy
Said the truck had a cap. When I got there, it sure had one...that didn't fit. Their mechanic was livid that the sales team offered it with a non-fitting cap that wouldn't stay on on the highway. Then they wouldn't lower the price despite it not having the cap they told me it would have. Overall a gigantic waste of time.
