I ended up purchasing my truck from Toyota of Wallingford. I LOVE my truck, but purchasing it from out of state was a nightmare that took forever! They are very disorganized, and I felt like I had to do everything myself, and I constantly had to call them to remind them to do the things I needed done to have the car shipped to me. Was contacted by the used car manager with an about value for my trade and I then asked what was the selling price for the Mustang and he never answered my question.
The dealer responded immediately and answered all my questions. Excellent response. I ended up purchasing this vehicle.

Quick response, friendly and not pushy
Said the truck had a cap. When I got there, it sure had one...that didn't fit. Their mechanic was livid that the sales team offered it with a non-fitting cap that wouldn't stay on on the highway. Then they wouldn't lower the price despite it not having the cap they told me it would have. Overall a gigantic waste of time.
