I had a 11.00 appt got there @ 10.35 waited in line for 25 min before anyone came to my car to ask me what i was there for. Then when they did take my car for a oil change it took them almost three hours before they finished. Then got into my car and my car wouldn't start a 2015 Nissan so overall poor service.
*********BEWARE *********** BAD BUSINESS*****************I purchased my vehicle from Nissan of Union City, they offered me a complimentary car detail. After they detailed my vehicle, their buffer put small holes on the hood of my car. I immediately contacted the manager however nothing was done so I proceeded to contact the corporate office but nothing was done!!!!!!!!!!!BAD BUSINESS

I had my oil changed and the service was great. I left some personal info and it was returned promptly.
Your service department lacks any sort of competence or reliability. After taking my vehicle in today for rear breaks and a recall that i have been to your store on 3 different occasions, my Pathfinder is still there. No one returns calls or bothered to call me to tell me the vehicle wont be ready. I have left several messages with the service manager both via voice mail and with the employees in the service department. None of which have generated a return phone call. Did the bait and switch with the amount that we were supposed to be paying and we were there all day today and 2 hours yesterday. Shady people.
