Love my dealership and Amy, my service advisor. They all take care of you and make sure you are comfortable while you wait. Even my little snowball enjoy going.

BEWARE!!! Worst dealership experience I've ever had in my life! Terrell is a swindler just like most of the other sales reps. They don't answer the phones. Only thing they specialize in is wasting your time. Our temp. tag expired; they wouldn't give us another one. And the check engine light came on 3 weeks after buying the car �
Sat two hours waiting to have key made. Came back saying the key didn't need to be programmed and all they had to do was cut the key. Then tried to Charge $60.00.
Very poor customer service. Had the service manager Mike lie about an accommodation due to a poor experience with my service advisor Princess whom was very rude and unprofessional.. they claim to strive for exceptional customer service but I've yet received it. High intrested rates and a manager that doesn't keep it word.
Worst place ever they sold me a lemon and won't replace it they are crooks please go some place else they don't care about there customers.
Russell was absolutely phenomenal. I am now a customer for life. The company walked me through the process and even showed me how to work all the cool features in my new Altima.
If I could give no stars, I would. Sales person was extremely helpful, business office/finance office not so much. I would steer clear of this delearship
